Cllr Alan Walsh will be the Hulton Ward Conservative Candidate for the May 2008 elections.
Cllr Walsh will have served as a Councillor for Hulton Ward for 8 years when he seeks your support in May. Alan has worked tirelessly for residents Hulton and before that Hulton Park.
Alan currently serves on 13 committees and is also a School Governor at Hayward Secondary School and a Pupil Referral Unit. His interests and committees cover a variety of areas such as planning, environment, nature and conservation and housing.
Speaking after his re-selection he said I am really proud to be re-selected as the Conservative Candidate for Hulton Ward. We have worked hard together over the past 8 years but there is still lots to do and I would like the opportunity to do it!
Alan, who lives with his wife Mavis and has 2 grown up children said living in the ward really helps to keep me up to date with the issues affecting us all on a daily basis.
