
Carriageway resurfacing works are due to commence on St Helens Road (between Hulton Lane and Deane Church Lane) on Monday 15th February 2010.
The works are expected to take approximately four weeks to complete during which time temporary traffic signals will be in operation between 9:15am and 16:30. Residents are advised to expect some delays but it is hoped they will be kept to a minimum.
Cllr Andy Morgan, commenting said We have managed to get these works prioritised and brought forward so we are pleased that the work will finally get done. Residents are respectfully asked to bare with the workman whilst the work is ongoing.
