In view of the strength of public opinion about the future of the Cutacre site, Hulton Ward Councillors have decided to convene a special consultation meeting about the site. Due to the large numbers of people expected to attend this meeting, it has been decided to hold it in the Town Hall as no local venue is capable of holding large numbers of people.
The meeting will take place on
The meeting will be chaired by Cllr Andy Morgan. It is intended that Officers of Bolton Council will outline the Local Development Framework Core Strategy which will cover a period of 10-15 years up to 2026, and explain how Hulton residents may be affected by proposals. You will then have the opportunity to ask questions about the future of the Cutacre site.
This is your opportunity to find out more about the future of Cutacre, and to make your views known at the meeting if you havent done so already.
Cllr Andy Morgan said "We do hope that residents will come and participate in this consultation. I, along with my Ward colleagues, Cllr Phil Ashcroft and Cllr Alan Walsh, look forward to meeting as many residents as possible on the night.''
